Some more mini-kits developed for the Common Room of the North. These sets are available to build during frequent LEGO workshops that they run, usually during school holidays. Check their website for details of upcoming events.

Turbinia was once the fastest steam turbine-powered ship in the world. Built in 1894 it now lives in the Discovery Museum in Newcastle. My LEGO version has 106 parts.

Arthropleura is an ancient, extinct giant millipede. My LEGO version has 171 parts

The instructions are available for free download here:

Feel free to build these with your own collection of LEGO, and don't worry if you don't have all the right parts or colours. Share your creations online and tag The Common Room and Brick This!
